We would like to thank you for your co-operation in adjusting to new procedures put in place to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Effective, April 14th we will be reducing our hours of operation to Tuesday to Friday 10am to 3pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm. It is a stressful and challenging time for all of us. The well-being of our employees, customers and community is always our first priority.
Although our offices are open, we insist you AVOID coming into the branch unless it is absolutely necessary. If you do not have direct deposits, online banking or a debit card we will ask you to activate these services which will ensure you can continue to do your banking if the situation escalates. Making sure you continue to have access to necessary services is very important to us and that is why we are encouraging you to become familiar with our electronic services and understand alternative methods of doing your banking. We ask that you use our Night Depository, ATM machines, online banking and other electronic means such as e-transfer or debit card services whenever possible. We will not be handling and updating passbooks.
We are adhering to the ever-changing government recommendations. We have heightened cleaning protocols and have installed plexiglass in the service areas to protect our staff and our customers. We have eliminated employee work-related travel and in person appointments. Please respect social distancing at all times to protect yourselves and our employees. Our staff has been instructed to wash hands between every customer, we apologize for any additional wait times this may create.
